At BS Retail, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Replacement or Exchange
We offer both refunds and replacements. Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank.
